About Taylor
I'm Taylor Frampton. Southern Utah is my market, my classroom, and my home.
I help producing agents build businesses people can find, trust, and choose, and help Southern Utah buyers and sellers make a clearer next move. For owners, that can include listing, a possible cash purchase, or seller financing. I'm part of Red Sign, with brokerage affiliation through KW Ascend Keller Williams.
Practice and teaching
The work keeps the teaching honest.
I live and work in St. George. Most of my days go to real decisions: helping people buy, sell, relocate, and compare their options here. The rest goes to teaching agents and groups what that work keeps teaching me.
The two feed each other. Practice keeps the ideas grounded, and teaching makes me explain them in plain English. I like weekly habits over grand strategies, and telling people the truth even when it costs me the deal.
- The best time to learn a neighborhood is before you need to.
- Good agents are not born knowing the market. They ask better questions, longer.
- Technology should buy you back time for people. That is the whole point of it.

Who I work with, and how the roles differ.
I'm part of Red Sign. Tell me about your move here, and I'll explain how I and the team can help.
My brokerage affiliation is with KW Ascend Keller Williams. The initial business review is open to producing agents at any brokerage, and a move to KW Ascend is not required.
One distinction matters when you are selling. Helping you sell and buying your property are different roles. For flips, I buy through Frampton Flip. For rentals, I may buy through another entity I own. If buying comes up, I'm acting for the purchaser, and I'll identify that purchaser and explain my role before we discuss an offer. If you want help listing instead, we'll discuss that separately. Asking does not mean a purchase is available for your property.
